At Jolie Design Shop, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our exchange and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

  • We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
